11月27日 Christmas Time AgainChristmas time is upon us yet again , it does not feel 2 mins since it was ere last year
A full year we have had and i think i can say its been full of promise for our
Club and as you read through the blogs for this year we have done alot.

Sensei Darrel 3rd Dan Black Belt 10月6日 NoticeAll Dan Grading students should now have
there thesis handed in to there Sensei's
for checking and if needed guiding in the right direction
those who have not yet handed it in should do so either tonight
OR friday in Bridlington.
Kata and stances and speed will be looked in to again
tonight for ALL students.

Sensei Darrel 9月27日 Another good Budo CourseYet Another good Budo Course
Thank you to all students who either did there kata's or
went and joined the other styles it was very much apreciated thank you.
Not such a good turn out from the Rising Sun School Club
ONLY Sempi Phil was there and he was put through
a mock Dan Grade with the other 4 Students
Going for Black Belt in Feb 2010.
A few injurys but all in all, Sempi's
Roy, Phil , Amy , Dave & Scott did well
and now know the area's they must improve on
for Feb 2010.

Those Going for Dan Gradings should now have a thesis
Ready to present for the first reading by Their Sensei's
It will be read and then handed back with comments for you
to re read and change OR to make more presentable.
ALSO this Budo course a week this Saturday is a MUST
For all going for Dan Gradings, you dont show you will not Grade,
This seminar is when we say YES or NO to 5 names put forward.
WHITE GI for Dan Grades please.
ASWELL as this Budo Course coming up i will let you know for sure
but Gold Tags in about 2 to 3wks time will be needed to
be at the Bridlington Sports Hall on the friday of that week
But i will make sure this is going a head,
but its to let you know now
that this is also going to go towards your Dan grade
if it goes a head.
those who are not doing Dan Gradings
We are asking if you would mind
going and trying a different style
on this Budo Course, We thank you
for your patience with the disruption
to those who would still like to
train with us at the Budo Course
BUT we need to focus on these 5
as they will be important to our club
if put forward for Dan Grading.

Sensei Brian on Friday 21st Aug 09
Gave Honour to Sensei Ian by giving him 2 ancient books
on Martial arts History.
To Sensei Darrel he Presented him with a Book on Ancient Ways And
then presented him with a Silk Black belt.
"I would like to show my respect and honour back to both these Sensei's
as for many years they have always helped me and given me respect &
Honour with no want of reward, I feel its now my turn to show how much i respect them and
appreciate these two dedicate and determination" Said Sensei Brian.
Both Sensei Ian and Sensei Darrel were taken a back with the gifts
"For a second time this year a Sensei has made my mouth not move
and totaly lost for words, Thank you to my Sensei for everything
and i will Honor the gifts Do Mo Harigato" replied Sensei Darrel
8月8日 Renshi Brians Presentation nightPresentation For Renshi Brian
It Was a night were Renshi Brian was
totaly lost for words and taken a back
by the shield from ALL his students
I dare say for such a let down of students
there (52 students under Renshi Brian
Including Our club Dojo n only 15 Students were
there) it was still a good responce from
the ones who could get.

3rd Dan 8月6日 A Karate ClubWoW
What a Karate Club
Thank you to ALL students who turned up on Tuesday Night
It was an Honor to teach you ALL
We are finally looking more n more like a Karate Club
rather than a meeting Club for the the few
Ettiquette was at a high and lets see if we carnt
keep it up and maybe take the honor and ettiquette
back to an even higher standard n show the Japanese
we are as good as them.
Thank you all again And see you ALL next Tuesday

7月28日 bye bye old n in with newThe club finnished at little rascals last night on a high
with great thanks to Sensei McMaster and all his Sempi's
for teaching all of us Aikido
All enjoyed this special session and good bye to the old.
Sensei Darrel Gave his original shodan belt as a token of friendship to both
Sensei McMaster and a token of friendship to the Aikido school
To Sensei Darrel, Sensei McMaster also gave to him and the club also in a sign of
there friendship back to Sensei Darrel and his students a tableture written in Kanji
which say's "seven times down eight times up"
Both Sensei's were unexpecting these gifts of honor and both
as there students said "both are hard to embarrace and shock
but both them shut up for the first time we have ever known them, they both were lost for words"
so many thanks to Sensei McMaster and his Sempi's
for helping us say good bye to the old Dojo

A note to all my Sempi's to remember it's white Gi tonight and bring your Bokkens
just incase we get to use them.

for our last night at little rascals play centre we will be
having the great Honor of Sensei McMaster 3RD Dan Aikido
come to the school and teach us all Aikido
this will be a good way to finnish at that Dojo before we move
to the new Dojo on the 4th August 09 (Dunhill Road)
Please bring bokkens and Bo and also Jo if you have them
please be very respectful and also be there and changed before 8pm

Little Rascal Play Centre on first avenue due to the place closing down
We shall be training at the Scouts HQ on Tuesday 4th August 2009
and every Tuesday after that.

today just had the phone call from Dawn that
unfortunatly something has come up there end
