August 31 Gradings coming upAs you are all now aware gradings are coming up and for the next few weeks i want to consentrate on kata then all you will need then is kihon work which we have crossed before :)
i know you all will do well i will after we have gone through your kata's assess you for your gradings to see who i will be putting in for there grading as i have said in the past i will only be putting your names forward if i think you are ready and i am sorry to say those who are not put forward this time will be looked at again closer to the next set of gradings.
see you all monday and i hope you had a good rest on bank holiday monday but i hope some of you practiced your kata's please also be aware those who have graded before you will need to keep up with all the kata's you know as you will be asked to perform them again.
