December 01 Womens Self DefenceThank you to all the lady's that took part in the seven weeks course it was a pleasure to get to know you all and may i say it was an honour to have taught such a lovely bunch of lady's. well done with the assesment and i hope that i will see you all again at the next course which i think may be in february 2007. i hope you all enjoyed the self defence course many thanks
