Sensei Darrel November 14 Womens Self DefenceSo far the womens slf defence is a hit i think and may i say they are doing well at handling what is been asked of them. we are on our 4thnight this coming thursday but if people are interested coming to see what we teach please do so. I am hopeing to do another one in the new year so if your interested please e-mail me to book your place and keep watching this space for dates. this one has been a 7 weeks course but am planning on doing a 16 weeks course next year.
