October 24 Grading NightWell done to Phil who has passed his grading with flying colours and gained a 1st class pass he has earned the right to now wear a blue belt. Also a big well done to Rick who also graded and again collected a 1st class pass he also earned the right to wear a green belt.
They both went through a grillin grading session run by Sensei Brian who is 5thDan in Wado-Ryu, he made them go through more than what was on there sylibus and worked them non stop. He was impressed with the dedication they both gave to the martial art and was also impressed with there knowledge of what they learned.
well done to you both.

i know have the date for your gradings they are to be held on monday the 23rd of october both sensei Brian & sensei Ian will be coming to grade those who are ready so please remember full do jo ettiquet from the moment you are (although you should all ready be doing this and this is just a gently reminder).

Sensei Darrel nidan obi October 06 Womens self Defencewomens self defence class.
As from the 19th October 2006 I would like to anounce that from this date i am holding the self defence course which will run for 7 weeks the first night is free as it is an interductery night this will include a demonstration of things that will be tought during the course. Also i will be going through the legal side of what is classed as self defence and what is classed as attacking, after that i will be taking Questions and answers on anything they wish to know, then if they are interested they will sign up for the next 6 weeks. If you are interested in joining the class (females only) please pop in to Little Rascal play centre on 1st avenue Goole , East Yorkshire (near Howden off the m62).
those who already coming to the course will need Joggin bottoms and a t-shirt that you do not mind if it gets stretched. You will also need the trainning course money which is £28.00 Per Adult (no one under the age of 16 i'm affraid).
If you can not make this one there will be others later on next year so watch this space.
