Well done to phil who gained his 2nd Kyu brown belt on friday 25th Jan 08

it was a long and hard night for him and was put through one of the toughest grading yet for him

He did a full hours kibidach (horse riding stance) then it was on to all basics before doing kata then they left the knife defences and kumite till the very last part of the grading.

 

i would like to say well done and you earned the belt and the 1st class pass.
